Robotics Community Meetup Event - Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms 1.1. By registering for and participating in the Robotics Community Meetup Event ("Event"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 1.2. The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Registration & Participation 2.1. All participants must complete the registration process to attend the Event. 2.2. The organizers reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at their discretion. 2.3. Participation is subject to space availability.
3. Code of Conduct 3.1. Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior and respect all attendees, speakers, and organizers. 3.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the Event. 3.3. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant who violates these terms.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality 4.1. All presentations, discussions, and materials shared during the Event are the intellectual property of the respective authors or presenters. 4.2. Participants must seek permission before recording, sharing, or using any content from the Event. 4.3. Confidential or proprietary information shared during the Event must not be disclosed without explicit consent from the relevant parties.
5. Liability & Indemnification 5.1. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the Event. 5.2. Participants attend the Event at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. 5.3. By participating, attendees agree to indemnify and hold the organizers harmless from any claims arising from their participation.
6. Media & Publicity 6.1. The Event may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed for promotional purposes. 6.2. By attending, participants grant the organizers permission to use their image, voice, and participation for promotional content. 6.3. If a participant wishes to opt out of being recorded, they must notify the organizers in advance. 6.4. By registering, participants grant the organizers permission to use their company’s or institute’s logo in Event-related promotional materials, including websites, brochures, and social media, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
7. Cancellations & Changes 7.1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. 7.2. Registered participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. 7.3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the cancellation policy communicated during registration.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held. 8.2. Any disputes arising from participation in the Event shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be subject to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
9. Data Sharing & Privacy 9.1. By registering, participants consent to the organizers sharing their company, institute, or organization name with third parties involved in the Event, including but not limited to venue providers, sponsors, and logistics partners. 9.2. The organizers will not share personal data (such as contact details) without explicit consent unless required by law. 9.3. Participants who wish to opt out of data sharing must notify the organizers in writing before the Event.
By registering and participating in the Robotics Meetup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
